A Major Arpeggio Form: 

Here is the CAGED A major arpeggio form starting from the 5th fret of the A string.

Practice all your arpeggio forms in the same manner as your scales:

  • start end end on the lowest sounding root note.
  • play the root notes at the end.
  • make it sound rhythmically complete by ending on beats 1 or 3.
